PayPal Credit is a line of credit that you can use to finance your PayPal purchases. It’s essentially a short-term loan that you can use for anything that you would normally use PayPal for, including online shopping, bill payments, and even sending money to friends and family. You can choose to pay your balance in full each month, or you can make minimum payments. There is no interest charged on PayPal Credit balances if you pay your balance in full each month. If you make minimum payments, however, you will be charged interest on your outstanding balance.
