How to Check Your Amazon Credit Card Balance

Checking Your Balance Online

If you have an Amazon credit card, you can easily check your balance online. All you need is your account number and the last four digits of your social security number. Once you have that information, you can go to the Amazon website and log in to your account . From there, you will be able to see your balance and transactions.

Go to Amazon’s website

If you have an Amazon.com store credit card, you can check your balance online anytime. To do so, simply go to Amazon’s website and log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, hover your mouse over the “Your Account” tab at the top of the page and click “Credit Cards” in the drop-down menu that appears. On the next page, click on the card you want to view the balance for. Finally, on the next page, under the “Current Balance” heading, you’ll see your current balance and any available credit.

Sign in to your account

To check your balance online, you will need to sign in to your account. You can do this by going to the Amazon website and clicking on the “Sign In” link at the top of the page. Once you have signed in, you will be taken to your account homepage.

From here, you will need to click on the “Credit Cards” link. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your Amazon credit card activity. To view your balance, simply click on the “View Balance” link. This will take you to a page where you can see your current balance, as well as your available credit and any pending transactions.

In order to check your Amazon credit card balance, you will need to log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will see “Your Account” near the top of the page. Click on this tab and then select “Credit Cards” from the drop-down menu. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your credit card activity, including your current balance.

Click on “Manage Your Credit Card”

If you’re a cardholder of the Amazon.com Rewards Visa Card, you can check your balance online anytime. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.amazon.com and log in to your account.
2. Click on “Your Account.”
3. Click on “Manage Your Credit Card.”
4. Enter your Amazon.com Rewards Visa Card number and click on “Check Balance.”

Alternatively, you can call customer service at 1-866-634-8379 to check your balance over the phone.

To check your Amazon Credit Card balance online, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Amazon account.
2. Click on “Your Account” in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Click on “Credit Cards” in the menu that appears.
4. Click on “View Your Credit Card Balance.”
5. Your balance will be displayed on the next page.

Checking Your Balance Via Phone

If you’re like most people, there are probably a million things on your mind at any given time and checking your Amazon credit card balance probably isn’t at the top of the list. But, it’s a good idea to keep track of your balance so you’re not surprised by a large bill at the end of the month. Luckily, checking your balance is easy to do.

Call Amazon’s customer service number

To check your balance via phone, call Amazon’s customer service number at 1 (888) 802-2462. You will need to provide your account number and billing address zip code when prompted.

Follow the automated prompts

When you call the customer service number on the back of your card, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit card number. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be connected to a customer service representative.

The representative will ask you for some additional information, such as your name, address, and date of birth. They may also ask for your account number, which can be found on your statement. Once they have all of this information, they will be able to tell you your balance.

Speak to a customer service representative

The best way to check your Amazon credit card balance is by speaking to a customer service representative. You can do this by calling the customer service number on the back of your card. When you call, be sure to have your card number and billing address handy so that the customer service representative can pull up your account information.

If you are an Amazon Prime member, you may also be able to check your credit card balance by logging into your account online and clicking on the “Your Account” link. From there, you should be able to click on the “Credit Cards” link and view your balance information.

Checking Your Balance Via Mail

If you have an Amazon.com Store Card or Amazon Prime Store Card, you can check your card balance a few different ways. The easiest way is to check your balance via mail.

Write a letter to Amazon

If you’re not comfortable checking your balance online or over the phone, you can always opt to receive a monthly statement by mail. Simply contact customer service and request that they switch your account to paper statements. You’ll need to provide your account number and contact information, and then you can expect to receive a statement in the mail each month.

If at any time you want to switch back to electronic statements, just contact customer service and they’ll be happy to make the change for you.

Include your account number and full name

Before you can check your balance, you’ll need to include your account number and full name on a recent statement in the request. If you don’t have a recent statement, you can also provide your Social Security number. You can check your balance by mail by requesting a balance inquiry form from customer service or by visiting the Amazon Credit Cards website.

Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope

In order to check your Amazon Credit Card balance via mail, you will need to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your request. Please note that you will only be able to receive account information for the primary cardholder. To request balance information for an additional cardholder on your account, please contact customer service.

Mail the letter to Amazon’s corporate headquarters

To check your balance via mail, you will need to write a letter to Amazon’s corporate headquarters. The address to use is as follows:

In your letter, you will need to include the following information:
-Your name
-Your Amazon account number
-Your mailing address
-Your date of birth
-A request for your current balance information

Once your letter is received, a customer service representative will pull up your account information and mail you a statement with your current balance information. Please note that this process can take up to 2 weeks.
