And if you need to pay for something at a store that doesn’t take Apple Pay, you can use your physical Apple Card. Just swipe it like any credit card and sign your name.
How to track your spending
The Apple Card is all about helping you manage your money better. One way it does this is by giving you spending insights that no other credit card can provide. In this article, we’ll show you how to use the Apple Card’s spending tracking feature so you can stay on top of your finances.
When you open the Wallet app, you’ll see your total Apple Card balance at the top. Tap on this to see a more detailed breakdown of your spending.
You’ll be taken to a screen that shows you how much money you’ve spent in the last 30 days, broken down into categories such as Shopping, Food and Drink, and Entertainment. Tap on any of these categories to see a more detailed view of your spending in that area.
If you want to see where you’ve been spending your money, tap on the location icon at the top of the screen. This will show you a map with all of the places where you’ve used your Apple Card in the last 30 days. Tap on any pin to see more information about that purchase, including the amount, date, and merchant name.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the screen to find specific purchases or merchants. Just enter a keyword or phrase into the search bar and all of your relevant transactions will appear.
If you want to get an even closer look at your spending, tap on the “See All Transactions” button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a list of all of your recent transactions, organized by date. You can tap on any transaction to see more details about it, including a description of what was purchased and how much it cost.
