How to make a payment
To make a payment online or by mail, or to see your balance, log in to your account at the Ulta website. You will need your credit card number and billing address. You can also pay your Ulta credit card by phone. The customer service number is on the back of your card.
Online
Log in to your account at ulta.com. From the “My Account” dropdown, select “Make a Payment.” To set up automatic payments, select “Payment Settings” from the “My Account” dropdown. You’ll be prompted to enter your bank account information and choose whether you’d like to pay the minimum due or the full balance each month.
By mail
To make a payment by mail, simply address your envelope to:

By phone
To make a payment by phone, call the Ulta Credit Card Customer Service number on the back of your card. Have your credit card account number and bank routing number ready, as well as the amount you would like to pay. The Ulta Credit Card customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
Making a payment by phone is quick and easy, and you can make a payment anytime that is convenient for you. There is no fee for making a payment by phone, and your payment will be applied to your account immediately.
How to pay your bill
Paying your Ulta credit card bill is easy and can be done a few different ways. You can pay online, by phone, or by mail. The best way to pay your bill is by going to the Ulta website and logging in to your account. From there, you’ll be able to view your balance and make a payment.
Online
The current outstanding balance on your account is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on ulta.com. Log in to view your balance and make a payment. You will need the 16-digit account number and 4-digit security code from your Ulta Credit Card to log in.
By mail
To pay your Ulta credit card bill by mail, simply send your payment to the address listed on your monthly billing statement. Be sure to include your account number on your check or money order so that your payment is properly credited to your account.
In person
You can pay your bill in person at any Ulta Beauty location. Be sure to bring your credit card with you so that the associate can process your payment. You can also use a debit card or check, but you will need to provide your credit card number to the associate so that they can find your account.
How to manage your account
To pay your Ulta credit card bill, you will need to log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your current balance and make a payment. You can also set up autopay so that your bill is automatically paid each month. If you have any questions about your account, you can contact customer service for help.
Online
The best way to manage your Ulta credit card account is online. To pay your bill online:
Go to https://c.comenity.net/ulta/
Enter your User Name and Password.
Click “Sign In.”
On the Account Summary page, scroll down to the “Payment Method” section and click “Pay Your Bill.”
Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your payment information and submit your payment.
You can also manage your account by phone. To pay by phone, call Customer Service at 1-866-254-9971.
By phone
If you need to make a payment on your Ulta credit card, you can do so by phone. The number to call is 1-800-669-8488. You will need to provide your account number and credit card billing zip code when prompted.
In person
You can make a payment on your Ulta credit card in person at any Ulta store. Check to see if the store you visit offers self-service kiosks, as you may be able to make your payment without having to wait in line. When making a payment at the register, you’ll need to provide your account information and payment amount. You can also mail in your Ulta credit card payment.
