How to Check Your Amazon Digital Credit

Amazon customers can check their digital credit balance by following these simple steps.

Go to Amazon.com and log into your account
1. Go to Amazon.com and log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free.
2. Click on “Your Account” located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select “Payment Options” from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on “View Balance” next to your gift card balance.
5. Your current Amazon gift card balance will be displayed.

If you have an Amazon digital credit, you can check your balance by hovering over the “Accounts & Lists” drop-down menu in the top navigation bar on any Amazon page and clicking on “Your Account.” On the “Your Account” page, under the “Settings” section, click on the “Payment Settings” link. Your current balance will be displayed under the “Gift Cards” heading.

If you have an Amazon account, you may have received a digital credit from the company. This credit can be used to purchase items on the Amazon website. If you’re not sure how much credit you have, or if you want to check the balance on your account, follow these steps:
1. Go to Amazon.com and log in to your account.
2. Click on “Your Account” in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Click on “Payment options” in the menu that appears.
4. Click on “View/Change your gift card balance” under the “Gift Cards &Credits” section.
5. On the next page, your Amazon digital credit balance will be displayed under the “Gift Card Balance” heading.
Click on “Manage your gift or promotional codes”
After you redeem a gift card, gift certificate, or promotional code, the amount is assigned to your Amazon.com account in the currency of the country where you created your account. From your account, you can check your balance at any time.
To check your current Amazon.com balance:
1. Click on “Manage your gift or promotional codes” link located under “Gift Cards and Registry” on the right side of the Amazon.com homepage.
2. Enter claim code and click on “Apply to Your Balance” button.
Your Amazon digital credit will be listed under “Promotional Codes”
If you have an Amazon digital credit, it will be listed under “Promotional Codes” in your account. This is the same place where any other promotional codes you have would be listed, such as those received for signing up for a Prime membership or for participating in an Amazon survey. To view your digital credit, just click on “Promotional Codes” and then scroll down to “Your Available Balance.”
