How Many Post-Credit Scenes Does Dr. Strange Have?
Dr. Strange has 3 post-credit scenes. The first scene is with Baron Mordo, who is talking to someone off-screen about how there are too many sorcerers in the world and he needs to thin their numbers. The second scene is with Thor, who has come to ask Dr. Strange for help finding his missing father Odin. The last scene is a mid-credits scene with Dr. Strange and Mordo, where Mordo says he is going to start “the Vigil” to make sure there are fewer sorcerers in the world.
The First Post-Credit Scene
The first post-credit scene in Dr. Strange comes after the film’s credits have finished rolling. In it, we see Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) approach Pangborn (Benjamin Bratt), the man who had previously helped Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to recover from his car accident. Mordo tells Pangborn that he has been teaching him the ways of magic, and says that he plans to “tear down” the Sorcerers Supreme so that they can no longer misuse their power.
The Second Post-Credit Scene
In the second post-credits scene, we see Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) in Hong Kong. He’s approached a man who is using magic to relieve pain from people’s ailments. Mordo takes the man’s staff, and says, “Without your magic, what good are you?” Then he breaks the man’s legs. It’s a very quick scene, but it sets up Mordo as a potential villain for future movies.
The Third Post-Credit Scene
The third post-credit scene shows Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) meeting with Thor (Chris Hemsworth). Strange offers to help Thor find Odin (Anthony Hopkins), but Thor declined, saying that he and his allies would take care of it themselves.
