If you want to remove a credit card from your PS4 without a password, you can do so by going to the Settings menu and selecting the Account Management option. From there, you will need to select the Payment Options menu and then select the credit card you want to remove.
Go to Settings
On your PS4 go to Settings
Click on Account Management
Click on Account Information
Click on Wallet
Click on the three dots next to the credit card you want to remove
Choose Delete

From the PlayStation 4 home screen, go to the far left and select the toolbox icon. Next, scroll down and select Account Management. On the next screen, selectAccount Information. You’ll be asked to enter your password at this point.
Once you’re in Account Information, select Wallet. On the next screen, you should see a list of all the credit cards currently registered to your account. Find the one you want to remove, and select it. At the bottom of the screen, there will be an option that says “Remove Credit Card.” Select that, and confirm your choice when prompted.

Click on the account you want to modify and select [Security].
Click on the [PlayStation Network/Account Information] tab.
Click on the [Wallet] tab.
