Log into your account online and go to the “Customer Service” tab
If you’re a Chase customer and you’d like to request a credit limit increase, there are a few ways you can do it. You can either call customer service or log into your account online and go to the “Customer Service” tab.
If you choose to call, customer service will likely ask for some basic information such as your name, address, and date of birth. They may also ask for your Social Security number so they can pull your credit report. Once they have all of your information, they’ll likely give you a decision on the spot.
If you log into your account online and go to the “Customer Service” tab, you’ll see a link that says “Request a credit limit increase.” Clicking on this link will take you to a form where you’ll need to input your information. After you submit the form, Chase will review your request and make a decision within 30 days.
Find the “Credit limit increase” link and click it
If you have a good history of paying your credit card bills on time, you may be able to request a credit limit increase from Chase. Here’s how to do it:
1. Log in to your Chase account.
