Go to PlayStation Store
Sony offers the ability to completely remove a credit card from your PlayStation 4, which can be useful if you no longer want the console to have access to your funds, or if you’re concerned about security.
To remove a credit card from your PS4, start by going to the PlayStation Store. On the store home screen, select “Account Management,” then “Account Information,” and finally “Wallet.” From here, you can select any saved credit cards and “Remove” them from your account.
