What is the PPP Loan Amount?

The PPP loan amount is based on your business’s average monthly payroll costs from the last 12 months. The maximum loan amount is $10 million.

To calculate your PPP loan amount, you will need to:

-Determine your business’s average monthly payroll costs for the last 12 months
-Multiply your average monthly payroll costs by 2.5
-Add any eligible non-payroll costs, up to a maximum of 25% of the total loan amount

Here is an example calculation:

Average monthly payroll costs: $100,000
2.5 x average monthly payroll costs: $250,000
Eligible non-payroll costs: $50,000 (20% of the total loan amount)
Total PPP loan amount: $250,000 + $50,000 = $300,000
