Go to the Bank of America credit card login page
1. Go to the Bank of America credit card login page. You’ll need to enter your credit card number, Social Security number, and date of birth.
2. Enter your personal information and click “Submit.”
3. On the next page, you’ll be asked to choose a security question and answer. Choose a question that you can easily answer, but one that would be difficult for someone else to guess. Be sure to enter your answer in all lowercase letters.
4. After you answer the security question, you’ll be taken to the “Make a Payment” page. Here, you’ll need to enter your bank account information so that Bank of America can deduct your payment from your account each month.
5. Enter the amount of money that you want to pay towards your credit card balance, then click “Submit.”
6. You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know that your payment has been processed. You can now log out of the Bank of America website.
Enter your Online ID and Passcode
If you’re a first-time user, enter your credit card number, then select Register. Once you’re registered, you can sign in with your Online ID.
If you’re a returning user and don’t know your Online ID, please call the number on the back of your credit card to speak with a customer service representative.
On the left-hand side of the page, select “Make a Payment”
In the “Express Payment” section, you’ll need to enter the amount you want to pay, your bank account information, and the date you want the payment to be processed.
You can also choose to mail in your payment by selecting “Mail a Payment.” You’ll need to fill out the required information and include it with your payment.

Select the amount you would like to pay and the date you would like the payment to be made from the drop-down menus. You can choose to pay the Minimum Due, Statement Balance, or Total Due. We recommend that you pay at least your Minimum Due on time each month to avoid late fees and keep your account in good standing.
Select “Continue”
After you login, on the “Summary” page, find and select the green “Continue” button next to your Bank of America credit card.
Verify the payment information and select “Submit”
Enter your credit card payment information. Be sure to include the account number, billing address, and expiration date from your credit card statement. Check the box next to each account you want to pay. Choose the “submit” button at the bottom of the page.
You will receive a confirmation message that your payment has been processed
After you submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation message that your payment has been processed. This is typically done within two business days. If you have any questions about your payment, you can always contact Bank of America customer service for assistance.
